The Interview Process

Face-to-face or Google Meet video interview with our People & Culture team to explore your experience / fit for the client, agency and culture. We will also explore any questions you have surrounding Atomic 212°.

Face-to-face or Google Meet video interview with the hiring manager and senior team lead. This is an opportunity to unpack your experience and drill down on specific skillsets aligned to the role.

 

This is equally an opportunity for you to engage and explore any questions about the team, client as well as any intricacies surrounding the role. Before this session, a link to a cognitive and numeracy assessment will be shared to complete ahead of the interview.

Feedback to candidates directly or via our recruitment partners on the response presentation and fit for the role/team.

Reference checks for the lead candidate.

Decision and offer made to the successful candidate and feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
