Project Overview

When we first started working with Arctic Air they already had an existing website. However, with a slow load, poor UX design and a lack of quality content, they felt like it wasn’t accurately representing their business and that the first impression for their customers could be drastically improved.

We created a personalised Google My Business Listing that blew them away. Looking to strike while the iron was hot, they also wanted website design across a completely new Professional Website to increase the number of people spending time on their website and decrease their bounce rate. Across the board we saw opportunities to get them ahead, so we came in like a breath of fresh air.

We got an Account Manager on the case right away to work with Arctic Air. We got the ball rolling by taking the time to understand their business inside and out. Once we’d identified every little aspect of their business we put them together in an optimised Google My Business Listing that was designed to appear when people searched for their products and services in the local area.

We facilitated countless positive reviews from their existing client base to create a GMB listing that wasn’t just packed full of handy information and stunning pictures, but overflowing with 5 star reviews too. By adding keywords and building relevant citations across the internet, their online presence exploded to life.

We realised they could convert new customers with a faster, more intuitive and streamlined website so we put our web development team to work giving their current website a much needed make-over. This started by redesigning their entire website. Our web development team took a hammer to the existing infrastructure and built a compelling new website on the rubble.

We then simplified their navigation menus to encourage a seamless visiting experience for customers. With our copywriters supplying detailed content that spoke directly to the pain points of their customers, we increased the average time on page significantly. By separating their service pages and filling their new site with dazzling new content we were able to rejuvenate their brand.

By adding unmissable call-to-actions and designing a new homepage, we increased conversions and saw page views explode over a three month period.
