Since most people come online to find information for their purchase what is something you can trade for their contact details (eg. email)?
CONVERT:
Same concept as subscribe, we don’t want to go for the hard sell. Convert aims to have prospects make a smaller commitment of time or money.
EXCITE:
What is something the client must experience, witness, feel or believe that takes your product/service from a nice to have to must have?
ASCEND:
The goal of the core offer is not always to make a profit, sometimes it will aim to attract customers, break even, and then gain profit from up-selling and cross-selling from the core offer.
ADVOCATE:
How will you encourage happy customers to say nice things about your brand and how will you get feedback from your clients that can be used to make improvements to each step of the value journey?
PROMOTE:
How will you turn your best customers into sales people, marketing managers & defence lawyers? How can you get more of your successful/happy clients to actively spread your gospel?
