The Growth Partner Programme
Your Business,
Our Focus
A guide for clients â presented by your Growth Partner
The role
What is a Growth Partner?
Your business has always had an SEO specialist working on your account. That hasn't changed â you still have an SEO specialist, link builders, paid search and paid social specialists, web developers, researchers, and copywriters all working behind the scenes.
What's new is your Growth Partner.
Your Growth Partner sits above the campaign. Their job is not to execute the technical work â that's what the team is for. Their job is to make sure the business itself is growing. Think of them as your business coach, sales coach, and digital strategist rolled into one.
Your team
Who is working on your account
Behind your Growth Partner is a full team of specialists. Your Growth Partner coordinates everything â you have one point of contact and they make sure all the moving parts are pointed at the same outcome.
The commitment
The number one goal
Core commitment
My number one goal is to care more about your business growth than anyone else in the room â and hold both of us accountable to actually making it happen.
Before we get into anything else:
Opening line
"I'm not here to pitch you anything today. I just want to understand what's actually going on in the business. So â where are things really at?"
Every business owner I speak to not only wants but needs three things:
Everything we do together is built around getting you those three things.
Responsibilities
What your Growth Partner does for your business
On top of managing and driving your campaign, your Growth Partner works with you directly on:
- Growing your business revenue
- Improving your core offering
- Improving your landing page copy and conversion
- Adding subscription-based offers
- Identifying add-ons and upsells you're leaving on the table
- Coaching you through the digital landscape
- Showing you how to use AI in your business
- Sales coaching and improving your sales process
Your Growth Partner also helps you build tools, resources, and materials that strengthen how you pitch and present to your own clients â offer frameworks, sales scripts, proposal templates, or pricing structures.
The Growth Partner runs the relationship and coaches you. Not the other way around.
The process
The discovery call
The first thing your Growth Partner will do is run a discovery call with you. This is not a check-in. It is a structured conversation designed to get complete clarity on where you are, where you want to go, and what is actually stopping you from getting there.

A note on follow-up questions
After each question, your Growth Partner will ask follow-ups. Don't rush through. The more you say, the more useful this becomes. Some of the most important things come out in the follow-up, not the first answer.
The turning point
The "Yeah But" stage
By this point your Growth Partner has a full picture: where you are, how long you've been there, where you want to go, what you need to get there, and what the numbers look like.
Now comes the most important part of the conversation.
Reflect back
"So we know you've been stuck at this level for [X time]. And we're on the same page â for you to get to [dream state], you need to be turning over [number], which means you'd need roughly [leads] coming in consistently. Would you say that's fair?"
Then asks:
The key question
"What is the biggest roadblock stopping you from going out and doing exactly that right now?"
Say everything. Your Growth Partner is not here to sell at this point. They are purely here to understand. Follow-up questions will come. Get everything out on the table â even the stuff that feels like complaining. Especially that.
The foundation
The admission
What your Growth Partner is building toward in that final question is called the admission â the moment where you articulate, in your own words, exactly what is holding your business back.
The north star
The admission becomes the foundation of everything that follows. Every strategy, every task, every conversation from here will refer back to it. It is how your Growth Partner motivates action, challenges resistance, and makes sure the work you are doing together is always pointed at what actually matters to you.
Next steps
What happens after the discovery call
Once the discovery call is done, the next step is to book a dedicated session to walk through the Customer Value Journey (CVJ) together. This is where we map out every stage of your business â how you attract leads, how you convert them, how you retain customers and generate referrals â and identify exactly where the biggest opportunities are.
In the early stages of working together, your Growth Partner will aim to meet with you weekly or every second week. The goal is to make sure nothing stalls, you always have clarity on what you are working on, and your Growth Partner stays close enough to course-correct quickly if something isn't working.
The discovery call, the CVJ session, and the regular check-ins are not sales conversations. They are working sessions. The whole point is to understand your business deeply enough to actually move the needle on it.
